Covid-19 has brought profound change in our personal and work lives. Sometimes those changes are traumatic, and can be accompanied by depression, anxiety, rage, uncertainty and more. I would like to help you regain your sense of stability, purpose, and joy.

When your attempts to make change have not worked, then looking for outside help makes sense. I can listen and ask questions that will lead you in the direction of productive change. My skill – to help you enlist all your resources, understand where you might be getting in your own way, and learn how to take tangible steps to improve your life.
Sometimes a deeper look is called for. Are there ways in which your personal history and relational experience have been the source of trauma, pain and reactive patterns that undermine your desire for a satisfying life? If so then it is essential to have a skilled guide on the journey inward.
